Product Details

This light grey waterborne primer is suitable for various substrates such as steel, aluminium and galvanised steel and delivers a robust, flexible application in many conditions; providing good resistance to water, solvents and abrasion, it is recommended for use in moderately aggressive environments.

It can be used in LOW VOC MODE with hardeners 9-110 and 9-125, while it can also be used in LARGE SURFACE MODE in combination with the two dedicated hardeners 9-572 and 9-574; the VOC content varies from a minimum of 150 g/L to a maximum of 370 g/L.

5-8070 can be overcoated with the main waterborne and solventborne coatings in the Selemix range.
